Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure work environment.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is required.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report any issues promptly.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safety procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
