Summary
The Inside Sales Representative at Zentra Employment Solutions is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, generating sales through various communication channels, and contributing to the company's sales goals.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
To be successful you should be organized, be able to build instant rapport, achieve customer satisfaction and be a good listener.
Job Duties (including but not limited to):
- Represent and sell company services based on the needs of current and potential clients.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients via telephone or online platforms.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and warm leads
- Understanding customer needs and requirements. Upselling services and making recommendations.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure, if required.
- Manage the internal sales pipeline and achieve the targets set by the manager.
- Follow up with current clients to look for or maintain current business.
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Building rapport with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
- Travel to customer or potential customer location from time to time.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the sale.
- Create and present quotations for services to existing or potential customers
- Convert sales from new and existing leads from the data available, track results and report analytics. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications.
- Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.
- Analyze data to determine marketing effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Keep abreast of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
- Completing all required training (ie, HR, health and safety, job specific, practical etc).
- Reviewing the Health and Safety Policy Statement
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the OHSA, regulations, internal programs, policies and procedures.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-3 years’ of industry experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required; Up to 20% travel to customer location may be required.
- Experience with professional interactions by telephone, email, or other communications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an asset.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to conduct negotiations is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Driven and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work long hours seated and in front of a computer.
The posted salary range is for base pay. A bonus component will also be available based on successful sales targets being achieved.
