Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Manage inbound inquiries, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals aligned with company objectives
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and identify new sales prospects
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to expand market reach and promote new products or services
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth in existing accounts and new markets
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to communicate value propositions clearly
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships
