Position: Entry-Level Florist
We provide full training. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our floral team. No floral experience is necessary. We’re happy to train the right person from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being creative, staying busy, and being part of a team. More than anything, we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and arranging fresh flowers
- Clean, trim, process, and care for incoming flowers
- Learn how to create bouquets, arrangements, and other floral designs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with unpacking and putting away floral shipments and supplies
- Help prepare orders for customers, deliveries, weddings, and events
- Follow instructions and learn our floral design techniques and standards
- Assist other team members as needed during busy periods
