Lead Program Coordinator CooperSurgical Inc. On Site/In office: Markham, ON Scope: The Lead Program Coordinator oversees the operational functioning of the Markham Prenatal & Newborn Educators Inc education programs across North America.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Negotiation skills. Demonstrates the ability to negotiate contracts and other transactions leading to win/win relationships.

Minimum BA or BSc. in a scientific or business discipline, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $75,000-100,000 CAD. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
Job Summary:
The Lead Program Coordinator oversees the operational functioning of the Markham Prenatal & Newborn Educators Inc education programs across North America. This role conducts instructor onboarding, training, and performance reviews, while serving as the primary liaison between hospitals, instructors, and internal teams reporting to the Partnerships and Corporate Accounts Manager. The Lead Program Coordinator ensures course content aligns with current medical standards, manages payroll for staff, and drives program expansion and quality improvement initiatives.
