The Salesforce Analyst and Project Coordinator will play a critical role in the major transformation of our systems as part of our AI revolution – primarily within our Sales organization. They will be central to bringing to market cutting edge technologies leveraging both core CRM features and advanced AI functionality to revolutionize our instance.

Support projects aimed at improving business practices and processes in a variety of functions.

Support System Administration functions that are critical to the maintenance and optimization of the system including implementation and management of user profiles/roles/permission sets; regular and ad hoc data audits/clean-ups; monitoring of Sales system systems like email deliverability and storage limits; and preparation and coordination of activities related to Salesforce releases.

Support Technical Business Analyst with identification of technical debt elements, drafting of debt clean-up requirements, submission and tracking of associated change requests.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide analysis and reporting on new deployments.

Support Business Analysts with various processes including, but not limited to, requirement gathering initiatives (e.g. interviews, workshops, surveys) and user stories (e.g. drafting, grooming, acceptance criteria).

Support Project Management initiatives of our various deployments, including, but not limited to, updating of project plans, preparation of governance materials, coordination of meetings and ceremonies, arrangement of event logistics and other ad hoc tasks.

As guided by our Business Analysts and Project Management leads, create documentation processes including areas such as current state and future state processes, training guides, in-app guidance text, and change management communications.

Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and integrations, along with the support teams to ensure continued system sustainment.

Support the focal network ensuring all teams have representation for optimization and new feature requests, as well as troubleshooting issues and providing training support.

Remain current on new Salesforce technologies and functionalities in order to both supports back-end impact assessments related to system maintenance, and determine applicability, feasibility, and value of implementation of new features within Bombardier processes and systems.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
-
You have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst and system administrator role, ideally with a focus on Salesforce CRM systems, most notably Sales and Service Clouds.

You have strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
-
You have experience with both Classic and Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning components.
-
You have, as an asset, applicable Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Business Analyst, Administrator, etc.).
-
You have, as an asset, prior experience with Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, CRMa, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and/or Mulesoft technologies.

You have, as an asset, knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.

You have, as an asset, proficiency in crafting Custom Flows, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, and Dashboards.

You have, as an asset, an ability to formulate Profiles, Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Default, Sharing Rules, and Workflows.

You have a proven track record in business requirement development.

You have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management.

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You have solid project management experience and the ability to improve business practices.

You have an ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
