As the business continues to expand, they're looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and play a key role in driving sales performance.
This is a true leadership position. You won't carry an individual quota or manage your own pipeline. Instead, your focus will be coaching, developing, and holding your team accountable to activity, performance, and results.
About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing outbound SDR team. This is a fully in-office leadership position, requiring attendance in the Downtown Vancouver office five days per week.
Your success is defined by your ability to lead people, drive activity, and improve team performance.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10-15 outbound SDRs

Drive daily activity levels, pipeline generation, and meeting-booking performance

Conduct regular call coaching, one-on-ones, and performance reviews

Foster a high-energy, accountable sales culture

Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans where needed

Work closely with senior leadership to improve team productivity and conversion rates

Track KPIs, monitor results, and ensure consistent execution across the team
What We Are Looking For

3+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally managing SDRs or inside sales teams

Previous outbound sales experience with a strong understanding of prospecting environments

Proven ability to coach, motivate, and improve sales performance

Comfortable having direct performance conversations and managing accountability

Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment

Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is an asset
What to Expect

Up to $80,000 base salary

Performance-based bonus and commission structure

Realistic on-target earnings of approximately $120,000-140,000/year
