Job Title: Customer Care Representative (CCR)

Reports to: Customer Care Manager

We are looking for a CCR to join our Customer Care Team in Vankleek Hill. This is a temporary role with full time hours that may lead to an extension or another opportunity within the brewery. Yes, it’s a short-term gig (approximately 4 months) but we promise to teach you about the craft beer industry in exchange for your awesome customer care skills! Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will provide excellent customer service in an efficient and timely manner. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound interactions with our business to business customers for the purpose of providing and processing information in response to telephone, email, and text inquiries.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact licensee customers for the purposes of order taking, feedback and updates;
Send and receive calls, texts, and emails to/from new and existing customers;
Provide prompt, polite, and clear answers to all inquiries;
Provide product information for the purpose of selling and brand knowledge;
Collaborate with Distribution Team to provide dispatching updates to customers;
Collaborate with Sales Representatives to maintain and elevate customer relationship;
Provide reporting to Customer Care Manager as assigned;
Identify and resolve problems using best practice and process; and
Define and document processes.

2-5 years customer of customer service, administrative support, and/or sales experience;
Positive attitude with a dedication to providing fantastic customer service;
Knowledge of the craft beer industry or a passion for beer;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Bilingualism an asset (English and French);
Proficient with computers (G-Suite, MailChimp, SAP Business 1 - an asset); and
Ability to manage tasks and exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision.
