As a Business Analyst, IT and Security, you help develop plans and business intelligence; monitor business plans and performance; set targets; identify opportunities to improve service delivery; and design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives, including the organizational shift and transformation. More specifically, you will be required to:
Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs to be factored into the project's scope. Identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements
Formalize objectives, help identify value for the organization and model business processes
Co-create the solution with users and ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze impacts with stakeholders, and identify prerequisites and internal dependencies. Make sure the solution is developed with a cross-sector vision and include end-to-end requirement traceability
Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans. Support the business sector during solution rollout
Coach business analysts on the team and share your knowledge and skills as needed

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Certificate in business analysis (IIBA – CBAP or PMI-PBA)
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence or equivalent
Knowledge of IT business areas: ITIL/ITSM, capacity management tools, project management tools, data protection and analytics, cloud computing, telecommunications/telephony, etc.; or knowledge of security business areas: Identity and Access Management (IAM), physical security, information security, financial crime prevention, cybersecurity, etc.
Knowledge of BPMN and modelling tools
