Maintenance Person
Overview:
Join our team as a Maintenance Person and play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
-General repair for the buildings as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
-Grounds keeping services such as grass cutting, pool maintenance and garbage disposal.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with staff or external parties.
- Handle electrical maintenance tasks such as wiring, lighting, and equipment repairs.
- Communicate effectively in English.
Skills:
- Ability to perform general repairs.
- Experience in facilities maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English for effective communication within the team.
