We’re currently recruiting for a Regular Full-Time Business Finance Analyst role with Fraser Health.

You will bring your well-honed skills to the Finance Department by interpreting, implementing and communicating business strategies within the organization. Your responsibilities include:

Providing systems analysis in the establishment of business systems scope and objectives for the new systems
Providing business analysis by conducting workflow analysis for initiatives
Participating in strategic planning support and change management
Supporting the maintenance and growth of our applications
Providing performance management support, including developing appropriate KPIs\metrics and evaluation for our projects.
You will be working on an agile team, and is expected to contribute to our team’s innovative culture, build relationships within Fraser Health and its partners, and bring a willingness to learn with each conversation.

It is important in this role to have the ability to exercise thought leadership in the portfolios individuals are assigned and understand the needs of our partners and stakeholders while communicating the vision and challenges to all levels of the leadership team. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable in a detailed meeting with subject matter experts regarding functionality and then summarizing the work with senior management in terms of its impact and value.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Information or Computer Science, supplemented with five (5) years’ recent related experience with business and systems analysis in a large complex organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
