Your main tasks will be:

Collect and enter relevant information on various web platforms.

Open, pre-bill and update files in Cargowise.

Issue documents, pre-notifications and instructions to customers and carriers.

Transmit required documentation related to container arrival to suppliers, customs and customers.

Track shipments
The profile we're looking for:
-
You have studied logistics or a related field.
-
You have initial experience in logistics.
-
You are bilingual in French and English, so you can communicate with future colleagues and customers across Canada and around the world.

You enjoy customer service and teamwork.

You're comfortable using the Office suite, Outlook, Teams, etc.
