Our client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Manager (Salesforce Developer) to join their growing technology team. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional who combines strong hands-on development expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and drive digital transformation initiatives.
The organization is currently enhancing its Salesforce ecosystem across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer Portal solutions, while also transitioning contact center capabilities (voice and SMS) into Salesforce from existing external platforms. As part of a broader strategic initiative, the company is bringing Salesforce development capabilities in-house after previously partnering with an external consulting firm.
The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding and supporting the existing Salesforce architecture, delivering new feature development, and contributing to the evolution of the organization's digital platform strategy.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the current Salesforce architecture, customizations, and code base.
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and customer-facing portals.
- Build and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
- Participate in DevOps processes utilizing GitLab-based source control and deployment pipelines.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation solutions.
- Support the organization's long-term vision of building an internal Salesforce Center of Excellence and leadership capability.
- 8–10 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Proven experience developing and supporting customer-facing portal solutions.
- Deep expertise with:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Apex Triggers
- Custom UI development
- Salesforce integrations
- Experience working within structured DevOps environments using Git-based deployment practices.
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with attention to detail.
- Experience implementing or supporting customer portal solutions.
- Exposure to AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Voice or contact center solutions.
- Interest or experience working with AI agents and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities.
