Summary
We are seeking a Student Recruitment Officer based in British Columbia, Canada to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in attracting and guiding prospective students, supporting our mission to facilitate international and domestic education opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Promote our educational programs and services through engaging presentations and outreach activities.
- Identify and connect with prospective students via various channels.
- Assist students throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and partners to expand our reach.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and follow-up communications.
- Represent Swenam at education fairs and community events.
- Provide information about studying in Canada, including program options and admission requirements.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or student advising.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
- Previous experience in an educational or consulting environment is preferred.

Pay: $38,273.95-$97,195.04 per year
Work Location: Remote
