We are looking for an ambitious and skilled International Account Manager to lead the growth of our business in key global markets. In this role, you will manage and expand our international customer base, develop new markets, and drive sales growth across regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international business practices and sales strategies and experience in industrial systems or a related sector. As a key player in building customer relationships, you will deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while driving revenue growth for Sirius Controls.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Sirius Controls’ presence in international markets.
· Present and demonstrate the full range of Sirius Controls products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
· Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and post-sales support.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive products, and emerging industry trends in international markets.
· Ensure clients are educated on our product offerings and supported throughout the sales and post-sales process.
· Work closely with internal teams (engineering, support, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to update management on international sales performance.
· Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent Sirius Controls and promote our product portfolio.
· Travel frequently to meet with international clients and partners.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
· Regularly report on sales performance and client feedback to management.
· Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities.
Qualifications:
· 5 - 10 years of inside sales experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.
· Strong understanding of global markets and international business protocols.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to navigate and manage multiple international accounts.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
· Fluency in a second language is a strong asset. (South America and Middle east)
· Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
