Inside Sales Agent

About the Role
Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty Intercity Plus Inc is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Agent to support our growing real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, nurturing client relationships, qualifying, and booking appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, past clients, and company-generated leads.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts, systems, and communication processes.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone throughout the day.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow systems and processes.
- Previous sales, customer service, call centre, or real estate experience is an asset but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $35,000 per year.

This is a full-time employee position based in Vaughan, Ontario. Training and systems are provided.
