Role Overview
The Operations Analyst (Execution-Focused) plays a critical role in driving the execution of EraTree’s key initiatives. This is not a traditional operations role. Instead, this position focuses on advancing projects, coordinating across teams, and ensuring new initiatives are executed efficiently. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this role acts as a central point of coordination to ensure that priorities are translated into action and completed without delays.
Key Responsibilities: Execution & Project Driving
- Drive execution of new initiatives and internal projects from start to finish
- Track progress across teams and ensure timely completion
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively push for resolution
- Ensure priorities set by leadership are executed effectively
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate across Revenue, Product, and Operations teams
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Follow up consistently to ensure deliverables are completed
- Help translate high-level priorities into actionable tasks
Vendor & External Coordination
- Work with external vendors and partners on integrations and initiatives
- Track timelines, follow up on dependencies, and ensure progress
- Support implementation and rollout of new partnerships
CEO Execution Support
- Work directly with the CEO to manage priorities and execution
- Track key action items and ensure follow-through
- Help organize and structure ongoing initiatives
- Act as a buffer to reduce operational overhead for leadership
Process & Execution Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in execution and coordination
- Help build simple systems or workflows to improve speed and clarity
- Ensure tasks and projects are properly tracked and completed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in operations, startups, or fast-paced business environments
- Strong execution and follow-through — ability to get things done
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment of a startup
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow up effectively
Preferred
- Exposure to fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams or stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Excel, or CRM systems
Role Expectations
- This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role focused on getting things done
- You will handle a mix of high-priority initiatives and smaller operational tasks
- Strong ownership and follow-through are critical
- Work from 5 pm to 2 am PST/PDT
- Ability to push for progress and ensure completion is required
- Start Immediately
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
