This is a hybrid opportunity and you will work 1 day a week in office at our Toronto Support Centre and the remaining 4 days from home. Reporting into the Senior Director, Practice Recruitment, the Recruitment Coordinator will be an integral part of our Practice Recruitment team. You will support our team members with the administration, organization, and coordination of recruitment tools, programs, and activities. You will assist the department to onboard dental professionals while working closely with our Practice Managers. The ideal candidate will have recruitment and/or Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, multi-location environment; a sense of urgency; professionalism; and a true passion for recruitment.
In this role, you will

Support the recruiters to conduct background checks and obtain necessary onboarding documentation

Support with maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiter) and work closely with our People Services team to bridge recruiting and onboarding processes

Update departmental training guides for process or system changes

Support with weekly and monthly reports

Submit invoices for approval and file receipts

Assist in planning team social events (in-person and virtual)

Other departmental projects and duties as assigned
What we’re looking for

1-2 years of recruitment and/or Human Resources experience in a professional business environment

Post-secondary education in Human Resources is considered an asset

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint); and great attention to detail

Exceptional organization skills and an ability to prioritize multiple deliverables

Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
