Job Description
We are currently seeking 2 experienced Door & Window Installers to join our growing team in North Bay, Ontario.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing residential and/or commercial doors and windows and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install exterior and interior doors and windows according to manufacturer specifications
- Measure and prepare openings for installation
- Remove existing doors and windows safely
- Install frames, hardware, trims, and finishing materials
- Apply insulation, caulking, and weatherproofing
- Ensure installations are level, square, and secure
- Operate power and hand tools safely
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow company safety policies and Ontario building standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of door and window installation experience (Required)
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and finishing
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Experience using power and hand tools
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential renovations
- WHMIS certification
- Working at Heights certification (asset)

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
