About the Opportunity
We are expanding our fleet maintenance team and seeking experienced, Red Seal Commercial Truck & Transport Mechanics to support a diverse range of motorcoaches, crew buses, and heavy fleet equipment. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in high‑standard work, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want access to premium pay for out‑of‑town service work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on buses and motorcoaches
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and drivetrain systems
- Respond to out‑of‑town service calls when required (premium rate applies)
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records
- Collaborate with operations, drivers, and administration to ensure safe and efficient fleet performance
- Uphold all safety, regulatory, and company maintenance standards
Requirements
- Red Seal Truck & Transport Mechanic or registered apprenticeship level
- Experience with heavy‑duty equipment, buses, or commercial vehicles
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Valid driver’s licence (Class 1, 2, or 3 with air brake preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
- Willingness to travel for out‑of‑town work when required
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
