Job Description We are looking for a Security System Technician with minimum 5 years industry experience, to install new systems and service our clients in the GTA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very strong team and work with experienced peers using the latest technology
Responsibilities
- Install and service DSC/Honeywell/GE/Interlogix/SimonXTI/Paradox security systems.
- Install Camera and access systems. Networking knowledge preferable
- Interface with customers to resolve installation system service concerns and questions
- Experienced running cable and licensed to operate a scissor lift . Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Interface and update operations with job status and project issues
- Train end users on proper use of their security system
- Ensure all systems are installed professionally in a time efficient manner.
- Knowledge of IP/GSM communicators
Requirements:
- 5 years' minimum experience in installing and servicing fire and burglary alarm systems. card access, CCTV,
- Working knowledge of security systems, devices and software with ability to troubleshoot
- Some experience installing large-scale CCTV systems and IP network cameras
- Proficiency using computer and operating systems, installing software and training clients.
- Ideally an electrical or electronics education
- A valid G2 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to lift/move and operate equipment up to 75 lbs
- No Criminal Record

Pay Structure :
- $45 - $65 + Travel Cost for Alarm Installation and Service
- $100 -$125.00 Per Camera Installation
