Our well established company of 90 years is currently looking for an experienced Part-time Office Administrator (2 +Years). This position plays an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The successful candidate will provide support to the Office Administration and Manager and be able to work well with a team of others including production, sales, retail store, delivery and management. Qualified candiates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer proficiency, a strong ability to multi-task and have a friendly demeanor.
Skills required include a good working knowledge of accounting and payroll, Sage Simply Accounting, Excel, Word, Microsoft Windows 10 and excellent computer and typing skills. Creativity with developing campaigns and newletters in social media and website and asset.
A typical day would include many of the following, reception and telephone, data entry including A/P, A/R and Inventory, Payroll, Sales, Order fullfillment, Purchasing, Scheduling, Shipping Documentation, Website updating, creating Promotional Marketing materials round out this multi-task job. Our office in Niagara-on-the-Lake is bright and comfortable with easy parking in a beautiful community. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm year-round with one week break at Christmas.
