As a Finance Operations Officer I, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Handle regular finance activities like processing, balancing, reconciling, validating transactions, investigating customer issues, gathering and cleansing data and preparing reports
Identify non-standard activities and reporting it to the Team Manager, as necessary
Understand and addressing customers’ routine requests and queries that require minimal discretion
Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal customers, partner services and vendors by keeping them informed about all relevant information within authority levels
Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures while meeting requirements of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for service and productivity
Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all transaction while complying to Bank Code of Conduct
Contribute to the team by improving knowledge in own area and exchanging ideas
Participate in process and personal improvement opportunities while maintaining positive work environment
Perform assigned responsibilities within set procedures and deadlines
High School Diploma * Proficient with MS Excel * Ability to multi-task with minimal direction * Ability to work independently and in a group * An analytical mind with attention to detail and desire to learn * A self-directed individual with a positive personality adaptive to change * A phenomenal teammate with the ability to meet deadlines
