Marwood Ltd, a leader in specialty value-added forest products, is currently looking for a detail-oriented Paint Machine Operator to join our production team at our Cape Cod Siding facility in Edmundston, New Brunswick. In this role, you will be the backbone of our finishing process, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards through efficient machine operation and meticulous maintenance.

What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and perform quick changeovers on paint equipment to hit daily production targets.
- Monitor paint application in real-time, adjusting settings to ensure every piece meets our rigorous standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Supplement automated processes with hand-painting when needed and assist with various mechanical tasks.
- Maintain a spotless and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with your team.

- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus but not required!
