Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) — St. Albert
Eden Health & Wellness is hiring an RMT to join our team in St. Albert. We've grown from one rented room in late 2023 to a 7-room, 5-therapist clinic, and we're adding our next therapist this summer.

- No upcharge for every single modality: deep tissue, cupping, prenatal, MLD, scraping, all at the standard rate. Deliver what's clinically right without sales pressure.

Schedule
We currently have multiple shift configurations available including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
For someone looking for full-time, we'll work with you to build a schedule that supports 20+ client hours per week.
Your Role
- Deliver skilled, customized treatments — no cookie-cutter sessions
- Conduct proper intakes, track progress, offer at-home care guidance
- Treat a real mix: injury recovery, sports, deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation
- Maintain accurate, timely treatment notes
- Be a reliable, collaborative part of the team
What We're Looking For
- Registered Massage Therapist licensed in Alberta
- Confident clinically and committed to ongoing learning
- Strong communicator; positive, engaged, genuinely interested in your clients
- Reliable, professional, easy to work alongside
- Motivated to build a real practice with full clinic support behind you

Shared, professionally maintained rooms; no individual room ownership, no territorialism. The culture is collaborative, low-drama, and standards-driven. If you're looking for somewhere to disappear into your own corner or compete with other therapists, this isn't the right fit.
Compensation
Graduated commission split, up to 70%.
