About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) Client Intake & Relations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients and support the intake and coordination process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
- Conduct client intake and gather information accurately and respectfully
- Communicate with clients in both Arabic and English
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
- Support internal coordination and workflow
- Ensure a consistent and professional client experience
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- University degree or equivalent post-secondary education
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
- Eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Language:
- Levantine Arabic (preferred)
