Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the office is organized and functioning efficiently.
- Greet clients, visitors, and students in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital records, files, and documents.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Support the admissions, recruitment, and administrative teams with daily tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchases when needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and other correspondence.
- Assist in organizing office events, training sessions, and meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements
- Graduated from a diploma or degree program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive, reliable, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
