We are seeking an energetic person for the role of Sales Assistant to be based at our Sainte-Julie, QC office.
Responsibilities:
Job Summary: This position requires the ability to close out orders (Ship Confirming), Bank deposits, closing out CC Machine, Customer Service, Researching, Coding vendor invoices, PO request, Emails, Submitting RMA’s (Credits), Scanning, Verifying Conditional/Unconditional Waivers & Release on Progress Payments.

Confirming orders that have been delivered Create invoices/bill customers for repairs
-
Enter sales order paperwork showing material requested by customer
-
Enter material orders in Bolton
-
Customer Service, which can be via email or by telephone
-
Researching anything from Short Payments, Over Payments, Missing Credits, etc
-
Request purchase orders
-
In charge of coding vendor Invoices
-
Process all Bank Deposits
-
Closing out the CC Machine at the end of the workday
-
Submitting RMA’s (credits)
-
Verify Un/Conditional Waivers and Releases. Run reports on specific Jobs (projects) to make sure the amounts listed on these waivers correspond to what is shown in the systems (Bolton & Oracle)
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
-
High school diploma required
-
2-year associates degree preferred
Required background
-
1-3 years’ relevant hands-on experience

Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, ASA, Oracle and eTakeoff estimating software

Ability to meet fast paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines
-
Must be well organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills

Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills necessary
