Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with brokerage-generated buyer and seller leads
- Convert opportunities into active clients and closed transactions
- Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations
- Manage and nurture your pipeline using CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to closing
Qualifications
- Active Ontario RECO Real Estate Licence, or currently enrolled in the Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Willingness to participate in office training and collaboration
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your production, supported by systems designed to help you build and scale your business.
