Your role goes beyond simply processing payments; it involves creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
DUTIES:
- Conducting transactions with customers
- Being the main point of contact for our clients and addressing their inquiries
- Packaging deliveries and orders ready for pickup
- Handing over phone and internet orders to customers
- Replenishing merchandise shelves
- Opening and closing the cash register
- Answering the phone
- Performing all tasks related to the laboratory
