Duties
- Thoroughly clean all areas of newly constructed homes, including floors, windows, walls, and fixtures, ensuring they meet company quality standards
- Remove construction debris, dust, and leftover materials to prepare homes for final inspections and occupancy
- Perform detailed cleaning of appliances, cabinetry, countertops, and plumbing fixtures to ensure a pristine finish
- Manage laundry tasks for cleaning rags, towels, or other linens used during the cleaning process
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity and maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with construction managers and homeowners about cleaning progress or special requests
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communication with diverse teams or clients
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timelines
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on job progress
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of cleaning products and equipment
