Attend Daily meetings
Script rehearsal with Customer Success Expert
Contact prospects and existing clients to schedule presentations
Achieve daily call objectives
Assist members of the sales team by researching and keeping accurate info on potential clients
The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for following up on the pre-approach email via phone and scheduling 8-minute presentations for the New Business Sales Executive.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
Must have experience with social media platforms
Strong time management skills.
Must be confident and comfortable interacting with all levels of management and employees
Must have strong presentation skills
Must be efficient at multitasking in a fast pace environment.
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Administration
Experience working in a target-based position
Experience working in a call center setting
Experience working with a CRM
