Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Food Runners and Expeditors to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the kitchen and guests, ensuring timely delivery of food and maintaining a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of food safety, and previous experience in food service or restaurant environments. Duties
- Quickly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met
- Assist in expediting orders within the kitchen to facilitate smooth service flow
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate order timing and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and workspaces in accordance with food safety standards
- Support servers with guest needs, responding to inquiries
- Handle food safely during transportation, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly, attentive service to all guests
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Familiarity with serving, food preparation, cashiering, and food handling protocols is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
