Compensation
- Compensation is based entirely on a fee-split structure, depending on experience and volume of files.
- This model rewards initiative, performance, and client satisfaction, offering exceptional earning potential in a stable, referral-driven practice.
- Projected annual earnings of CA$75,000.00-CA$200,000.00 based on this structure.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of post-call experience in family or civil litigation.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
- Strong courtroom and written advocacy skills.
- Strategic, compassionate, and client-focused approach.
- Motivated by both results and relationships, and take pride in doing what's right.
Pay: $120,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
