Boss Security is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
Duties
- Manage office and answering incoming calls
- Supervise office clerks and provide guidance as needed
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Assist with financial record-keeping
- Coordinate employee management activities
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks
- Ensure efficient office operations and workflow
- Support team management efforts to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Prior experience in office management or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
