Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and patient-focused Frame Stylist to join our busy optometry office. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people of all ages, has a great eye for style, is highly detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role focuses on helping patients select eyewear, reviewing prescriptions, taking measurements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience. No optical experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
As a family-run practice, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive team environment where everyone works together to provide outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and deliver excellent customer service
- Assist patients with frame selection and styling recommendations
- Review prescriptions and explain lens options and coatings
- Take optical measurements to ensure proper fitting lens
- Educate patients on eyewear products and lens technologies
- Process eyewear orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary area
- Support the clinic team to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay informed on new products, frame styles, and industry trends

- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Optical experience is an asset but not required

Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: occasionally 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
