Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and securely
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Manage long lines efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette when assisting via phone
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with retail technology tools
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
- Ability to upsell products through effective sales techniques
- Knowledge of merchandising principles is desirable
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively during shifts

Pay: $17.20-$34.43 per hour
