You are an excellent cook who has knowledge of nutrition and all relevant health and safety legislation. You enjoy answering and re-directing incoming calls, providing program and clerical support and overseeing maintenance of the building. You possess superior organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and are sensitive to the issues related to family violence.
The Residential Assistant is responsible for providing support services in an efficient and professional manner. In this role the Residential Assistant will interact with clients, staff, volunteers, students, visitors, trades people and the community. The Residential Assistant will demonstrate a commitment to the provision of excellent client services and contribute to a respectful and productive work environment.
The Residential Assistant is directly supervised by the Residential Team Lead.
