Compensation and Schedule
Journeyperson Rate:
- $53.50/hour (includes $2/hour retention bonus)
Apprentice Rates (plus $1/hour retention bonus):
- 4th Year: $36.05
- 3rd Year (2nd Term): $33.48
- 3rd Year (1st Term): $30.90
- 2nd Year (2nd Term): $28.33
- 2nd Year (1st Term): $25.75
- 1st Year (2nd Term): $23.18
- 1st Year (1st Term): $20.60
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 regular hours plus 9 paid travel hours per week
- Travel to the site Monday morning and return Friday afternoon
Additional Benefits
- $80/day LOA (tax-free for Regina-based employees)
- Access to fleet vehicles for travel
- Retention bonus paid on all regular, overtime, and travel hours (conditions apply)
Accommodations
Stay in brand-new, fully furnished apartments located directly across from the site. Each two-bedroom shared unit includes:

Key Qualifications
- Previous electrical experience (hospital experience considered an asset)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings
- Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Main Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and test electrical systems and equipment
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Set up data cabling and fiber optics
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
