Red Seal Millwright - Day Shift - $45-50/hr

We're working with a well-run seafood processing facility in Vancouver that is building out a strong, long-term maintenance team.
This is a hands-on role on the production floor, working closely alongside a highly experienced Senior Maintenance Lead. It's a clean, steady environment focused on keeping equipment running and supporting day-to-day operations across the plant and dock.
What you'll be doing
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
- Mechanical repairs across conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and processing systems
- Welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG/Stick) as needed
- Supporting production to minimize downtime and keep lines moving
- Assisting with dockside operations and material handling activities as required
- Operating forklifts and dock cranes as needed
- Contributing ideas to improve reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
What they're looking for
- Red Seal Millwright certification
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience in food, seafood, marine, or manufacturing environments
- Welding and fabrication experience is a strong asset
- Previous forklift operating experience is considered a strong asset
- Previous overhead crane or dock crane operating experience is considered a strong asset
- Comfortable working in both plant and dockside environments
- Reliable, hands-on, and takes ownership of their work

- Monday-Friday day shift (flexible start times)
- $45-50/hr depending on experience

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
