Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activities for our hospitality group, including two hotels and a restaurant.
This is not simply a social media position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy with the primary goal of increasing hotel occupancy, restaurant traffic, guest retention, and overall revenue.
You will be expected to develop innovative marketing campaigns, build customer loyalty programs, create engaging content, manage digital advertising, and implement systems that generate measurable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for all businesses.
- Create innovative campaigns and promotions that drive occupancy, reservations, and sales.
- Pay attention to events happening in the city far ahead of time and create programs to cater to that
- Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Track results and continually improve marketing performance.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and manage daily social media content across all platforms.
- Produce engaging photo, video, and written content.
- Build brand awareness and grow online audiences.
- Monitor engagement and respond to guest inquiries and reviews.
Guest Retention & Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing programs designed to retain hotel guests and restaurant customers.
- Create automated guest follow-up campaigns.
- Design loyalty and repeat-guest marketing initiatives.
- Build customer databases and communication systems that encourage repeat visits.
Digital Marketing
- Manage websites, online listings, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, and search engine optimization.
- Analyze marketing data and provide monthly performance reports.
- Improve direct hotel bookings and reduce reliance on third-party booking channels.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent branding across all locations.
- Design and coordinate promotional materials, signage, menus, print advertising, and special event marketing.
- Work closely with management to promote community involvement and special events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Experience creating marketing systems that produce measurable results.
- Excellent content creation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, tourism, or retail experience is considered an asset.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
