About Us
Infinity Heat & Ventilation is a Victoria-based mechanical contractor specializing in custom sheet metal ductwork and ventilation systems, primarily for new home construction in Greater Victoria. We work on quality builds and take pride in clean, well-engineered installations for heat pumps, HRV/ERVs, range hoods, bath fans, laundry exhaust, and everything in between. Our team is small, capable, and focused on doing the work right.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced sheet metal worker who's ready to bring their skills to a team that values quality workmanship and a collaborative job site culture. Day to day, you'll work alongside our existing sheet metal team on new construction sites across Greater Victoria, reporting to our Operations Manager.

What You'll Be Doing
- Installing sheet metal ductwork for heat pump and forced-air systems in light commercial and new residential construction
- Retrofitting existing ductwork for heat pump installations in existing homes
- Setting up and commissioning HRV and ERV systems
- Running exhaust for kitchen ranges, bath fans, laundry, and dryers
- Coordinating with other trades on site to keep the job moving
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site
- In time, contributing to project coordination, scheduling, and estimating (for the right candidate)
What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on experience in sheet metal and residential ventilation you know your way around a job site
- Familiarity with heat pumps, HRV/ERV systems, and residential HVAC ductwork
- Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker (or strong 4th year apprentice with the right attitude and experience)
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and communicates clearly with the team
- A growth mindset: you're not just looking to punch the clock; you want to understand the bigger picture
- Valid BC driver's licence
