Field Sales Representative - Home Improvement
Euro Metal Roofing is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to help us grow in the local market.
This role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable speaking with homeowners, working in the field, generating interest, booking estimates, and learning how to sell home improvement projects.
You will receive training, company sales materials, marketing support, and guidance from an experienced roofing sales team. This position can grow into a full sales role for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with homeowners and generate interest in roofing services
- Book qualified estimates with potential customers
- Follow up with leads and interested homeowners
- Represent the company professionally
- Learn our products, installation process, warranty, and sales process
- Keep track of leads and customer information
- Work independently in assigned local areas
- Support local marketing activities when needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outside and in the field
- Sales experience is an asset
- Construction, roofing, or home improvement experience is an asset, but not required
Compensation:This is a commission-based position with performance bonuses. Strong earning potential is available for motivated people who are consistent and willing to learn.
