Mortgage Agent - Sales Team

You're sourcing your own leads, underwriting your own files, and chasing your own conditions, and there are only so many hours in the week. The next tier of production isn't a working harder. It's a capacity problem.
Lighthouse Lending is hiring an experienced agent or broker onto our sales team. We supply the leads and the back office. You get to focus on your primary goal and ours, closing deals.
The Role
You'll work qualified leads generated by our marketing team while continuing to fund your own book on a highly competitive split. Underwriting and fulfillment handle documentation, lender submission, and conditions on every file.
What You'll Do
- Convert qualified inbound leads into funded mortgages
- Advise clients on product and lender fit across our full lending panel
- Continue building your own referral network alongside company-generated business
- Hand off completed applications to underwriting and stay client-facing through to close
- Maintain accurate pipeline and file notes in our CRM
What You Bring
- Level 2 mortgage agent licence in good standing
- Minimum $8M in annual funded volume, sustained over two or more years
- Fluency across prime, alternative, and private lending
- Disciplined pipeline management and CRM habits
- The ability to work a high volume of leads without letting files slip

Compensation
Two income streams. You'll earn a guaranteed monthly base plus commission on every company-generated deal you close, and a top-tier split on the business you bring in yourself. Agents carry their own licensing costs. We'll walk through the full numbers on the first call, the structure is built to reward volume, and it should move a producing agent well past where they're sitting today.
