Requirements
To join Kanata Clean Pro, you’ll need to:
- Be Legally Authorized to Work in Canada: Proof of eligibility to work is required.
- Provide a Clean Criminal Background Check: All team members must pass a background check.
- Have Reliable Transportation: You’ll need your own way to get to job sites.
- Own Cleaning Supplies: This includes a vacuum, mop, step stool, and your preferred cleaning products.
- Have at Least 1 Year of Professional Cleaning Experience: Your expertise is important to us.
- Be Reliable and Detail-Oriented: Pride in your work and consistency in delivering high-quality results are essential.
- Have Basic English Skills: Clear communication with clients and our team is key.
- Provide Two Professional References: These should confirm your reliability, flexibility, and cleaning skills.
