Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Production Technician to join their team. As a Quality Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Quality Production Technician
Location: Concord, ON
Pay Range: 28.14 per hour
Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Perform final inspections of products to ensure compliance with Bill of Material, drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Review and interpret technical drawings and quality requirements
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports
- Identify and report non-conforming products, supporting containment and corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or related field
- Ability to review technical drawings and quality standards
- Strong documentation skills for inspection reports and quality records
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC standards, or similar quality systems (preferred)
- Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment maintenance
