We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer service driven Office Clerk for our Nepean store located in the Lowes Plaza at 290 Hunt Club Rd W. in Nepean, ON.

Position to start asap.

This is a PERMANENT full time position.

Skills required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person and over the phone

Well-organized with a strong attention to detail

Ability to follow through tasks to completion

Problem solving, conflict management skills

Previous experience in a Customer Service environment

Knowledge of MS Office and an ability to learn in-house computer programs

Knowledge of general math principles

Reliable and available to work flexible retail hours. Shifts will be weekends, evenings and some days.

Overtime as required

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle guest order issues and inquiries, in person and over phone

Book deliveries

Enter and review sales orders

Take guest payments and process financing applications

Filing, Data Entry, Invoicing

Cash balancing and daily reports

Support sales and management team as required

Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

1-2 years experience in a similar role preferred

Must be available to work shifts during retails hours, specifically daytime, evenings and weekends- this is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
