Chios is looking for a passionate and detail oriented Cook/Baker to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with hands on basic pastry experience who is eager to continue learning and growing with us.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches, cookies, muffins and other baked goods according to Chios standards.
- Follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency and high quality presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized and food safe work environment
- Manage daily production efficiently and communicate well with the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen (1–3 years preferred)
- A diploma or certificate from a Pastry Arts/Baking or Culinary program is a strong asset
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
- Strong attention to detail, organization and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Pay: $17.80-$20.00 per hour
