We’re TutorBright and we are an education company that provides 1:1 tutoring and mentorship for our students. We work with families to create unique and individualized academic and mentorship programs for each and every one of our students. We are looking for someone with excellent listening and communication skills to join our client onboarding and Client Intake team!
Our Client Intake Team represents the first point of contact for new families who are interested in receiving tutoring support from TutorBright. We get families started on their tutoring journey!
As a Client Intake Coordinator you will take predominantly scheduled calls with parents (and, in some cases, older students) who are inquiring with us for the first time. The calls are an opportunity for us to learn as much as possible about the family, and the student in particular. We ask detailed questions to learn about the student’s academic and mentorship history/needs, the goals of the family, and what kind of experience they are looking for. During the call, we will also inform the parent of our process from start to finish, why we might be a fantastic fit for their needs, the costs for tutoring with us, and take the time to answer any questions they might have. We have great conversations that are positive, informative, and set a fantastic first impression!

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Possess excellent listening, oral and written communication skills

Logistics:
- Monday to Friday (11am to 8pm EST)
- Compensation: $18.75 per hour
- Work from home
