FULL-TIME SECURITY GUARDS (HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS ONLY)
Canadian security experience required
We are currently hiring full-time security guards for hotel site assignments only. This role is for reliable, experienced, and professional individuals who take attendance, reporting, and conduct seriously.
Minimum Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Full-time availability only
- Must be available for both shifts: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Canadian security experience required
- Reliable vehicle required (NO EXCEPTIONS — do not apply without a vehicle)
- Must be willing and able to work at all assigned sites (some locations are not accessible by public transportation)
- Must be able to reliably commute to any assigned site and maintain consistent attendance
Compensation:
- Starting at $16/hour
- Increase to $17/hour after successful probation period, based on performance
Full-Time Hours:
- Consistent full-time hours available for the right candidate
Probation Expectations:
Probation is strictly performance-based and includes:
- Consistent punctuality and attendance
- Proper incident and shift reporting
- Professional communication with staff, guests, and supervisors
- Reliable and accountable conduct on site
